FlipWi provides software engineering, AI delivery, platform modernization, and related technology consulting services. The scope of services for each engagement is defined in individual statements of work or contracts agreed upon by both parties.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website are the property of FlipWi or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent.
4. Client Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access required for project delivery. Delays caused by client-side dependencies may impact project timelines and deliverables.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of any engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
FlipWi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable statement of work. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed shall become due.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
9. Changes to Terms
FlipWi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
